I was out of dtate caring for my 90 year old mother who just had a stroke.,and I came down with a terrible sinus infection. I asked for a Tele visit or virtual FaceTime and got a big answer NO. I really didn't expect anything different. This front desk receptionist is and has always had a cold demeanor. Love the nurse practitioners. But today you all get a 0 rating.not even a 1.

For some reason, community health care in Canal Fulton won't take me anymore, I am currently looking for a new provider that actually cares about me and my health, someone who I can talk to directly and who will answer my phone calls every single time. It is laughable that the doctors at this location think they actually care about their patients, When you can rarely get ahold of anyone in the office and you can't talk to the doctors directly, to me that's not caring, that's dismissing, When you call any office and you cannot speak to the your doctor directly because he or she is too busy, That's not the personal approach at all!, your doctor doesn't care about you, that's the reality, That's not caring at all, And I am so sorry for anyone who had a bad experience at this location., When it comes to doctors, I am kind of traditional. I like to talk to my doctors directly and not some person in the office. I highly recommend you go elsewhere, If you want your doctor to truly care about you and your health and someone you can talk to directly, the one and only reason I went to this location is it is close to my house and I can ride my bicycle there, That's the only reason I went t

I stopped here to deliver an order and I was met with an attitude by a tall older lady. She was pacing outside and when she asked if I was from Sam's Club I said yes. She then says "Well the instructions said to deliver to the suite at the bottom of the parking lot!" Now first off there were no notes. To which I replied "You left no notes." I then proceeded to show her and she decided to be nicer about the situation. I will not be delivering here again and I have informed Sam's Club of your unprofessional conduct. I don't even need this money. I do it because its easy money. But that doesn't mean you can treat others with disrespect. Especially when you are wrong.

I highly recommend you look elsewhere if you are looking for a doctor that you can contact, actually cares about your kid, or is willing to work with you at all to find an appointment time when your child is ill. Oh. Or if you want a doctor who also uses mychart/ epic so they can see the same files as the Clinic or Akron Children's. We are absolutely disgusted by the behavior of the staff and doctors here. After 2 late night visits to the ED and imaging that confirmed a kidney stone, they refused to send a referral to Akron Children's without seeing my child first. Said they didn't use mychart/epic so they couldn't look at the imagery. The person who (eventually) answered the phone refused to even consult the actual doctor or look for an opportunity to fit us into the schedule within a reasonable time frame for this completely unnecessary appointment. We have continued to use them because of their convenience/ proximity, but will not be doing so any longer. This isn't the first time we've had issues with contacting, scheduling, and absolute dismissal by the staff here.
